Immigration Situation

Veronica planned to visit the United States with her two children and to take them to Disney World. As a result of the numerous criminal acts committed in her youth, Veronica would normally be classified as inadmissible to the United States and would be denied entry at the US border.

Solution

In May 2016, Veronica arrived at our office and spoke to one of our consultants regarding a non-immigrant US I-192 waiver. This would typically be a complex and difficult immigration issue, however, our team of experienced lawyers and their assistants took on the case with confidence.
