Frank is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), recognized by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), He graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science (Hon. BSc) and also holds an Immigration Consultant Certificate from Humber College. He has worked with international clientele in education, corporate and immigration spheres for over 10 years.
